We are a boutique firm focused on legal services for business and utilities.  In addition to legal services, we have resources to perform data analytics for regulatory compliance and litigation, including application of human-centered artificial intelligence.  

The Euto Law Group was established in 2025, but our team has over 37 years of experience working with electric and gas utilities, and the businesses and customers that rely on them.  The firm has extensive experience with a broad spectrum of regulatory proceedings before the New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC), New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), New York State Department of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYPRHP), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of the Interior – Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  Our Managing Attorney, Jeremy Euto, has formed electric generation companies and owned hydroelectric generation assets. 

We are based in Skaneateles, New York, with resources in Syracuse and New York City.
